We are very excited to announce that our GMA Robotics Team has qualified for the 2019 VEX World Championship. This competition will bring teams from all over the world including China, South Korea, England, New Zealand and many others.

GMA students will have the opportunity to meet and work with students from across the world. This three-day event will take place in Louisville, KY, and there are many costs associated with our team competing on this world level.

The team’s goal is to raise $3,000
● To cover the cost of the registration fee
● Provide team supplies
● Purchase team uniforms
● Defray the cost of teacher chaperone travel expenses
● Provide funds to purchase robotics equipment for the upcoming season

During Student-Led Conferences (at NORTH Campus ONLY) on Wednesday, March 13 and Thursday March 14, GMA students, for a small donation, will be able to take a turn driving the very robot that competed in the State Competition at Lucas Oil stadium.

$1 Donation One minute of driving on the field
$2 Donation Three minutes of driving on the field
$2 Donation Challenge a Robotics Team Member
(if you win, you get an extra free minute)
